What to include

• The email you sign in to LookLokal with (so we can find your account).
• The shop name or a link to the seller page you are writing about.
• A short description of the problem, and a screenshot if it helps.

Common requests

• Seller application status: check your application page; if it has been pending for more than a few days, email us.
• Report a seller, listing or review: use the Report button on the page, or email us.
• Remove or edit my business / data: email us from your registered address.
• Privacy or grievance: see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
